James is a clandestine technophile who gets withdrawal symptoms if the internet goes down. James is also a keen educator but has given up trying to impress his children.

Simon Williams
Client Director
Simon works closely with clients to help them improve their digital communications. He has over ten years experience in business development, marketing and account management, including seven years specialising in digital projects.

Ed Dyson
Creative Director
Ed is Treat’s resident wordsmith, and a leading member of the creative and research teams. He works with clients to make sure that all the scoping, ideas, and briefings done at the beginning of a project are translated into a coherent digital vision.
Ed plays cricket and golf when he can, but since becoming a father has learnt a lot of new ‘life’ skills.

Luke Barton
Business Development and Account Manager
Luke manages a number of clients and their projects, keeping them happy and helping them improve their digital communications. He also manages Treat’s marketing output.
Out of work Luke pursues his passions for music and travel. Lead Graphic Designer
Felio is a London-born web designer with an (enthusiastic) obsession with typography, photography and pixel-perfect web design. A fan of the ‘less is more’ approach, he makes sure all his designs are beautifully put together, as well as improving the user experience.

With several years experience as a front-end web developer, Afis heads up the development team. He loves working with the web because every digital project brings a different challenge. Marketing, Research and Content Executive
Alla loves to research and be ahead of the game, so naturally works closely with the marketing and business development teams to provide strategic input through researching the latest trends and developments within the digital arena. Mariya Ivanova
Accounts Executive
With a degree in Accountancy and Financial Control, Mariya handles the Treat Digital accounts. She also makes sure we don’t put any duck ponds or embossed wallpaper on the company expenses.
Most of her spare time is spent looking after her three-year-old son, but when time allows Mariya likes to go shopping, read books, and go for long walks in the park with friends.
